Take a meditative guided journey to awaken the body and mind from its winter rest. As spring arrives with increased solar energy and growth beings to accelerate, cleanse and renew yourself while centering and opening to the vibration of the universe. As you connect and expand, you will be supported by the healing support of Reiki. The Chaos Factor will be providing an herbal gift to use in your own practice, and DM&C will be open after class for some exclusive time in the shop!

Please bring a yoga mat and any props/blankets/pillows you want to make yourself comfortable. Most of the meditation will be experienced in restorative poses and savasana. We hope you join us! Please note that we cannot give refunds the day of class.
